Made-to-order note

Because every piece is handmade specifically for you after you place your order, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or change of mind. Please read product descriptions carefully and reach out before ordering if you have any questions about sizing, colors, or customization options.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we want to make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@beadedbybekah.store with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will offer a replacement or a full refund depending on what works best for you.

Custom orders

Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable. Because these items are made to your specific request, they cannot be resold. Please review all details carefully before confirming a custom order. If we make an error on a custom piece, we will absolutely fix it at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@beadedbybekah.store with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Do not send anything back before hearing from us, as returns sent without prior contact may not be processed. We typically respond within 2 business days.
